Definitely – having all of the logistics sorted out allowed all energies to be focused on the kayaking which is what I was looking for from the trip. I don’t think I’ve ever progressed so fast so that in itself was worth the money!

I think the balance was perfect. Clear aims helped me with improving my paddling but at the same time each paddling session was fun…I loved every second of it. I definitely want to go back to Uganda and have more coaching with Love it Live it.

There were so many non paddling highlights! I loved the whole
experience of being in Uganda so in no particular order I loved; boda
bodas, hariy lemon monkeys, african long necked cormarants, african
river crossing boat, happy children shouting “muzungo muzungo”, pigs
and piglets, somosas, chapatis, half cakes, rolleggs, trucks with the
most pineapples the world has ever seen and lots, lots more!
